EXPERIENCE
Celigo
Art Director • May 2023 – Present
At Celigo, I partner closely with the Creative Director and marketing team to concept, iterate, and deliver high-impact creative that moves the needle on brand growth, demand generation, and customer engagement. I lead cross-functional initiatives that champion the value of design across the organization — serving as brand steward, creative strategist, and hands-on maker all at once. From campaign development to content creation across digital, social, and event channels, I translate complex briefs into compelling visuals that attract, engage, and convert. I mentor junior designers, manage the creative intake process, communicate concepts clearly to stakeholders, and consistently deliver creative excellence within time and budget — without ever sacrificing quality.
Airspan Networks Inc.
Art Director • March 2022 – April 2023
Stepping into the fast-moving world of 5G hardware and software, I built a comprehensive design system from the ground up that unified Airspan’s brand identity and marketing efforts across every channel. I led the creation of a narratively driven website redesign, weekly social content, email campaigns, case studies, and print advertising — all while directing and editing video production for social media and YouTube. I also owned booth design and event marketing creative for multiple industry conferences and tradeshows, bringing brand consistency to every touchpoint.
Up All Day Creative Solutions
Art Director • February 2007 – March 2022
For fifteen years, I led all creative output for a full-service advertising agency, working directly with a diverse roster of marketing clients across industries. I oversaw the design team end-to-end — concepting, executing, and reviewing every project that went out the door. From casino marketing and eCommerce to fitness brands and tech startups, I brought strategic creative thinking and hands-on leadership to every engagement, helping clients find their visual voice and show up consistently across every channel.
The Venetian
Senior Graphic Designer • June 2004 – May 2006
At one of the most iconic properties on the Las Vegas Strip, I designed and art directed high-profile campaigns from discovery through execution — spanning photo shoots, commercial productions, direct marketing programs, print advertising, and on-property collateral. Notable work included the launch of The Venetian Poker Room, Guggenheim Hermitage Museum exhibits, The Palazzo pre-opening campaign, Chinese New Year, and the Sands Macao Opening. Big stages, high standards, and zero room for anything less than exceptional.
Holiday Systems International
Graphic Designer • June 2003 – June 2004
As Lead Graphic Designer at HSI, I led a team focused on brand development and UI improvement for the company’s web presence. My work spanned creative direction for sales tools, brochures, and multimedia assets — bringing cohesion and a polished visual identity to everything the company put in front of its audience.
PETCO Animal Supplies, Inc.
Graphic Designer • November 1999 – June 2002
I launched my career at a national retail brand, designing circulars, direct-mail pieces, and point-of-purchase collateral at scale. I played a key role in a brand refresh initiative and art directed product and lifestyle photo shoots — learning early on that great design is equal parts strategy, craft, and collaboration.
